While we are in the middle of a healthcare crisis, countless medical practices are struggling to survive. With the restrictions on patient care, medical practices have seen a dramatic decline in their ability to care for patients. While necessary to curb COVID-19, we know personally the challenge this presents. Our hope is that private practices will be able to weather the storm. For those of you who own medical practices or small businesses, we know the heart and life you have poured into your organizations. One day, COVID-19 will pass. Our hope is that you will sustain and survive. We want to share with you our journey and give you encouragement for yours.
As we conduct interviews and draft lessons learned, we will share them here with you.
