Mandy Brown, RN

For Mandy Brown, nursing has always been about precision, artistry, and connection. Her journey into aesthetics began more than two decades ago when she joined the U.S. Air Force in 1995 and discovered her passion for medicine while assisting an oral surgeon in the operating room. Those formative years built her surgical skill set and instilled a deep respect for discipline, teamwork, and service—values that continue to guide her today.

After completing her associate degree in nursing from Pikes Peak Community College, Mandy spent several years working in hospital trauma care before transitioning into aesthetic medicine. Over the past decade, she has refined her expertise in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, and chemical peels, becoming known for her gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail. She specializes in “liquid facelift” techniques and collaborates closely with Vanguard’s plastic surgery team to design personalized treatment plans that help patients look refreshed, natural, and confident.

Beyond her clinical work, Mandy is deeply passionate about empowering patients to feel good in their own skin. She believes aesthetics is not about vanity but about restoring balance and self-assurance—helping people feel as vibrant on the outside as they do on the inside.
