Bio

From the winding streets of Providence, Rhode Island, to the operating rooms of Colorado, Dr. Sabrina Brody-Camp’s path is one of curiosity, artistry, and care. As an undergraduate at McGill University, she explored biomedical science and Latin American studies side by side, while dabbling in dark-room photography and anatomy lab work. It was here that the complexity of the human body first drew her toward medicine.

She went on to earn her MD and MPH at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she also completed her residency in otolaryngology. The intricate anatomy of the head and neck fascinated her, leading her to a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Boston University under the mentorship of Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel. Her academic rigor and creative spirit merge into a surgical philosophy focused on restoring both form and function.

In 2023, Dr. Brody-Camp relocated to Colorado with her husband, Dan, and their two dogs, Hank and Lily, drawn by the mountains, fresh air, and the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team at Vanguard Skin Specialists, where facial plastic, dermatologic, and reconstructive specialists work in harmony.

She continues to make art—this time on people’s faces and lives—whether sculpting a rhinoplasty, reconstructing after a skin-cancer excision, or mentoring younger surgeons. Outside the OR, she can often be found at her potter’s wheel, hiking alpine trails, or photographing Colorado’s wild landscapes. For Dr. Brody-Camp, each patient is not just a case but a story—and her job is to help them feel whole again.

One of Dr. Brody-Camp’s hobbies is pottery. She has made many mugs, bowls, plates, vases, and more.
